Contexture HIE Platform Update: Go-Live Date & Next Steps

We want to share an important update about your transition to Contexture’s new unified HIE platform.

Contexture will go live with the new HIE platform for all participants on February 9, 2026.

Throughout 2025, we’ve been working hard with technology vendors toward a launch date in the fourth quarter of this year, and we understand that this updated timeline will impact your planning. This additional time allows for continued support for your connectivity and onboarding.

You will have access to your existing HIE platform through February 8, 2026, transitioning to the new platform on February 9, 2026.

Please note that the December 31, 2025, target to sign the new HIE Participation Agreements has not changed.

Contexture team members are working with all participants on required next steps. Additionally, you can always reach out to GetConnected@contexture.org with questions.

Please reference the FAQs on our website for additional important details.

HIE Portal User Migration

We’ve started migrating active users in anticipation of the February go-live date. Active users are those who have logged into the existing online HIE platforms in the past six (6) months.

Training

Starting in December we’re offering training on PatientCare 360 Portal and Part 2 Data consent and access. We’ll send an email when training becomes available.
