As your trusted western Colorado Health and Social Information Exchange organization, we are actively involved with Federal, State, and local initiatives to mitigate the disease expansion. We are also working to facilitate the treatment of those afflicted, and we are supporting programs that lessen the impacts on those directly or indirectly affected by the pandemic.
QHN Results, our longitudinal patient health record, allows providers to quickly and securely see a patient’s health history to help assess risk, our hub for the Patient-Centered Data Home (PCDH), enables sharing of patient information across the country, and QHN initiated an expedited onboarding process for new QHN users.
We are taking additional steps to assure the safety of both our staff and our systems so that both our current operations and our new initiatives directly associated with the pandemic will operate at QHN’s high standards for reliability and efficiency. QHN’s systems allow for remote work, and more than 85% of our employees have been working remotely since mid-March while maintaining our consistent high-level performance, availability and reliability. QHN will sustain this same performance for the long-term to support the COVID-19 response and other critical healthcare functions.
You should not experience any disruption of service or support in the coming weeks, and while we are limiting office visits and in-person meetings, QHN will continue to be available with 24/7 Customer Support and Information Exchange services.
