Rocky Mountain Health Plans CEO Patrick Gordon presented the award at QHN’s January board meeting.
“Dick’s leadership in our community has been instrumental in improving healthcare across western Colorado, and I am glad to recognize him with our 2019 Dr. Bruce Wilson Memorial Award,” said Patrick. “This award recognizes those who make a difference in the lives of many through exemplary community service and who are grounded in the belief that every individual should be treated with dignity and respect. Dick’s collaborative approach to leading Quality Health Network has put him at the forefront of connecting medical, behavioral and now social service providers, to improve care quality. We are proud to partner with Dick and QHN and look forward to what they have in store for the future, including the Community Resource Network.”
Dick added, “I’m honored with this recognition from RMHP, but it really highlights the incredible work our team does every day to help connect providers to the data they need to improve care and outcomes for patients throughout our region. Rocky Mountain Health Plans has been a critical QHN partner from our very beginnings and I am grateful for the collaboration that has helped us create innovations that work and that are life-changing.
